These terms apply when you use hugehoods.co.uk or buy from us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy, not a binding contract. You'll get an email confirming we've received your order. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order for any reasonable cause, including where an item is out of stock, where a price has been listed incorrectly, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we decline, we'll refund any payment in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds Sterling. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

We work hard to keep prices accurate, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we're not obliged to fulfil the order at that price. We'll contact you with the correct price and you can choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken securely by our payment providers. We accept major credit and debit cards, and Klarna and Clearpay where offered. We don't see or store your full card details. Payments appear on your statement as Huge Hoods.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Product descriptions and sizing

We aim to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and there may be minor variations between the photograph and the item you receive.

All measurements in our size guides are taken flat and are approximate, with a tolerance of around 3cm. Because everyone's build is different, we can't guarantee a particular garment will fit in a particular way. Please check our size guides and fit finders before ordering, and get in touch if you'd like help choosing.

Personalised products

If you order a personalised item, you confirm that the text or design you supply doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trade mark, name or other rights, and isn't offensive, defamatory or unlawful. You accept responsibility for any claim arising from what you asked us to print.

We may decline to produce personalisation we consider offensive, unlawful or infringing, and will refund you in full if we do.

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can't be cancelled or returned under the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Your rights in respect of faulty or incorrect items are unaffected.

Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery options, timescales and costs. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

It's your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at checkout. Please check the confirmation email carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong. If we haven't dispatched yet, we'll amend it.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address given was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn't collected from the courier's depot in time, we can refund the value of the goods but not the delivery cost. Redelivery will incur a further shipping charge.

Promotions

Unless we say otherwise, discount codes and promotions can't be used in conjunction with any other offer. Specific terms and expiry dates are published with each promotion. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography, text and branding on this site belong to TEZL GROUP LTD or our design partners, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

We respect other people's intellectual property. If you believe a design on our site infringes your rights, email info@hugehoods.co.uk with details and we'll investigate promptly.

Using the site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation. Using false details or an invalid payment method to place an order is a criminal offence and will be reported.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of this site. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email info@hugehoods.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and to resolve them as quickly as we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
